Hey ya'll! Welcome back to CK Cafe Studios blog. Today I've put together a list of GREAT books to read during quarantine :)

The Hunger Games Triology by Suzanne Collins. Okay, this is a GREAT triology. A lot of people don't like it that much and think it's a bad story, but honestly, it depends on how you look at it. The Hunger Games is set in the future and has some really cool ideas and inventions in it that might even be interesting to sci-fi readers or people who enjoy distopian future stories. I'd recomend this book to any eleven year old and up, who likes a good and exciting story... but who can handle intense themes!

The Maze Runner Triology by James Dashner. Again, a GREAT triology. But this one is really different. I really liked it, but in my personal opinion, could actually be more intense and frightening than The Hunger Games. Still though, The Maze Runner is a really good triology that I would reccomend to readers maybe eleven up, though it mainly depends on how you handle kind of grotesque stuff.

Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale. Shannon Hale is one of my favorite authors... she is really really good. This book is never action-failing or boring, and the author always brings a new discovery to each page!

The Girl Who Drank the Moon by Kelly Barnhill. This is a very enmagicked book. What I mean by that, is that it is filled with a world of wonder, excitement, and of course, magic. If you are a fantasy reader, you are sure to love this beautiful story.

The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. This author is seriously a genius. Every single child in the universe, even the little alien children living billions of miles away absolutely NEED to read this series. If you haven't yet, make sure you do, because it is just an unforgettable tale!

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. This is a really long book, but is a great book to read during quarantine. It has enough action to keep the pages turning, and includes nearly every genre, which makes for a very exiting read. I haven't read this book, but Mr. Nugget has, and absolutely loves it.

The Selection Series by Keira Cass. Okay, if I'm being completely honest here, it's a super cheesy book. But I enjoyed it, and I know a lot of readers enjoyed it too! It's kind of like a cheesy romance story, in which the only sensible character is the one you end up falling in love with. This character is Prince Maxton, who melts every girl's heart, wether she's alive or dead. No I'm kidding. But mostly serious... *evil laugh*

Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys. This book is really sad, but it is still a beautiful book. It is about a forgotten ship wreck that was six times deadlier than the titanic set during WWII! Anyone who likes an exciting historical fiction book is sure to be in for a treat!

The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. If you love fantasy, you are sure to love The Lord of the Rings. It is a fantastical and exciting triology, and deffinately enjoyable for all kinds of readers. The movies are really well done too, and I'd reccomend them as well, though it would be more enjoyable to read the books first!

The Bible influenced by the Holy Spirit. There is something about just reading the Bible. Not hearing verses or stories, but instead just reading it! I am trying to get into reading the Bible regualarly, which is really hard. If you're like me, though, and you really want to read it but can't find time to, quarantine is the perfect time to do it! I encourage anyone to do this no matter who you are :)

Okay, so I know there are so many great books that I've missed... but I think you get the idea. These are great books that I'd highly suggest, I'd even suggest a pulling out of one of these for a reread, but I really have to go to the bathroom so I will just end here. Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed this blog post :))
